Olivia Sledge
Art Therapist, M.A. Intern

Olivia Sledge is an art therapist in training, currently completing her Master’s degree at the Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy (CiiAT).

Olivia works with older children, teens, adults, and older adults. She brings an open, supportive presence and a naturally uplifting, jovial energy to her sessions, helping clients feel at ease and comfortable being themselves.

Olivia can offer both structured sessions and client-guided, more flexible time—depending on what feels right for you. She often uses art when words are hard to find, believing that creativity can help us identify, connect with, and process our emotions in a deeper and more intuitive way.

Her work is informed by cognitive-behavioural (CBT) principles, which she integrates into art-based practices to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours gently and effectively. Olivia offers services in both English and French.

Olivia is accompanied in sessions by her trained service dog, who is present to support her. While friendly and calm, the dog is not used as part of therapy and will remain by Olivia’s side throughout the session.
