With a background in corporate environments and managerial leadership, she has a strong understanding of the pressures, expectations, and challenges that can impact emotional well-being, workplace balance, and personal relationships.

Kayla is uniquely positioned to support individuals navigating anxiety, sleep difficulties, depression, burnout, and challenges with boundaries, particularly in high-pressure professional settings. She also specializes in the treatment of OCD helping clients better understand their patterns, build resilience, and develop practical strategies for lasting change.

While her approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Kayla tailors her work to each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based, scientifically supported treatments designed to foster meaningful and sustainable growth.

She has completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She provides therapy in English.
