Natasha Watson
Psychotherapist (CRPO), CCC, MACP

With a calm demeanour and a dash of humour, I aim to create an accepting environment where clients are comfortable discussing their difficulties. By holding a safe space for sensitive topics and intense feelings, I help my clients get to the root of their issues and uncover patterns that are no longer serving them. Using a solution focused and mindful approach I select tools from a wide array of theoretical orientations to help facilitate change. I aim to help individuals suffering from depression, anxiety and issues related to family life. I also offer couples' counselling to help couples have productive and emotionally meaningful conversations. My services are offered in English.

I have completed my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University (MACP). I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I am also registered as a psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
