I am in the final stages of completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.  I have extensive experience treating Indigenous Youth who often suffer from trauma or require academic and vocational guidance.  I am a caring, empathetic and intuitive individual who takes a humanistic as well as a person centered approach during therapy.  Being well versed in cognitive behavioural therapy, I have a special interest in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, life transitions, gender identity, body image, trauma, crisis and depression.
