Natasha Watson
Therapist, Masters in Counselling Psychology Intern

With a calm demeanour and a dash of humour, I aim to create an accepting environment where clients are comfortable discussing their difficulties. By holding a safe space for sensitive topics and intense feelings, I help my clients get to the root of their issues and uncover patterns that are no longer serving them. Using a holistic and mindful approach I select tools from a wide array of theoretical orientations to help facilitate change. I aim to help individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, chronic pain and issues related to family life. My services are offered in English.
I am in the final stages of completing my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I am a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I am also registered as a qualifying psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
